Zoe - Canine Good Citizen!

On Monday night our 12 yr old spaniel/X, Zoe, officially became a Canine Good Citizen! We always knew she was but now AKC agrees with us! She wasn't perfect (though I must say she was near perfect during practice :), but she managed to pass all 10 tests. We originally took the class, offered by The Humane Society of Western MT  www.myhswm.org , to help Shay with his shyness and reactivity towards strangers, particularly men. We brought Zoe along as well as she likes to participate in classes. Although Shay did very well in class I decided not to take the test with him. He needs more experiences and practice meeting new people and allowing them to pet him. We have faith he will get there!
