Willow and Cash Northcott

Willow, an adult Border Collie X and Cash, a young male German Shepherd, have stayed at the Dog Ranch a couple of times this spring.




Both dogs were very active and had a good time but Cash certainly out played and out lasted the best of the dog athletes. I managed to capture him in a moment of repose but he only needed a few minutes to recharge his batteries. And such a handsome guy!


Willow was also excited about the activities hour and especially liked the hound dog, Stretch that was also visiting. (Stretch is friend to all dogs and a very popular guy when he comes to stay). Willow took her job as the "boisterous play police" very seriously. No dogs getting out of control during play on her watch. I swear those herding breeds have a lot to keep track of!

We enjoy seeing new faces at the Dog Ranch and we hope to see these two again over the summer.
